If you do not have an email address as part of your library account, then you will get an error message. If you try to download an item directly from the catalogue and you do not have an account, or there is an issue with your card then you will be asked to create an account. Technical issues are handled by Overdrive using the help option within the Libby App.If you experience any issues with your card number, then please email please include your card number.To download the app please visit the Overdrive website.Please email with your library card number and we will set up your account for you. If your card has expired or there is a query with your account then please email ask that you live in the West Midlands County i.e.Birmingham, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Sandwell, Solihull and Walsall. If you have outstanding books, fines or charges on your account this will restrict your access to the eLibrary until they have been cleared.
